RF elements s.r.o., with its registered office at Jasenovská 2528, 066 01 Humenné, ID No.: 36 748 676, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 18385/P (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides services that enable users to manage networks or devices (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect via our Services, including any usage data and support data (defined below).

I. Information Collected by Us

If permitted by law, we reserve a right to charge you a fee (up to the amount arising from a reasonably spent material costs connected with making copies, providing technical carriers and sending the information to the data subject) for providing you with this information.

VI. Rights of the Concerned Person under Article 28 and Article 29 of the Data Protection Act
According the Article 28 and Article 29 of the Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Data Protection (the “Data Protection Act”), you are entitled to request the confirmation on storing your Personal Data, information about the Personal Data storage system, information about a source of Personal Data and list of Personal Data collected.
You are also entitled to request correction of your Personal Data which are subject to collection, liquidation, if the purpose of collecting has expired, or in case of breach of law or blockage of Personal Data based on request for revocation of the consent sent to us.
Under Article 28 of Data Protection Act, you are also entitled to object the collecting of your Personal Data.
